We never want this time of year to end; yet the long-awaited three-day weekend that separates summer and fall is our last hurrah! From the LA County Fair to festivals, food, art, and music there’s a little something for everyone. Here are ten ways to enjoy your Labor Day holiday weekend — LA Style. At least we can still wear white after Monday!

1. Twilight Concert — September 8th
An LA summer favorite, this 30-year tradition brings together an eclectic collection of musical talent at the beach to be enjoyed by all. The season wraps September 8th from 7-10pm with the Ohio Players and Holy Ghost! — two bands that will get your boogie on!

2. First Fridays and Food Trucks on Abbot Kinney Blvd.­— September 2nd
Hungry? Grab a friend and head over to Abbot Kinney Blvd (between Venice and Westminster) to enjoy a variety of food trucks offering the best in street cuisine from 5–11pm.

3. Los Angeles County Fair — September 2nd through September 25th
The LA County Fair kicks off Labor Day weekend and runs all September long. Come for the smorgasbord of food, live music, rides, and livestock galore.

4. The Taste — September 1st through September 4th
This food and wine extravaganza, sponsored by the LA Times and Food & Wine, never disappoints and maybe you just might spot the infamous Jonathan Gold, the LA Times Food Critic himself.

5. Los Angeles Dodgers Game — September 2nd through September 4th
Head out to the ballpark to catch your favorite team in action! Watch the Dodgers take the mound this weekend for a home stand against their NL West rivals the San Diego Padres.

6. Weekend Concerts at Fisherman’s Village — September 3rd – September 25th
