Great Fall Finds

Neighborhood Events in October

It’s that time of year when everything’s pumpkin at Trader Joes, the evenings are spent googling for costumes (kudos to those “do it yourselfers!”), and there is actually a chill in the night air. To embrace the spirit of all things fall in LA, below is where you’ll find some of our favorite spots, with pumpkin spice latte in hand.

6815 S La Cienega Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90045

Pick out your perfect pumpkin and accessorize your home with corn stalks, bails of hay, and gourds for that “country” feeling. Tour the straw maze and, if you’re game, the face painting isn’t just for kids anymore. Review the calendar of events ahead of time to ensure you don’t miss the pony rides at Shawns Pumpkin Patch

Star Wars: The Force Awakens is the October 14th show, followed by the 30 year anniversary of Labyrinth on October 21st. Santa Monica Front Porch Cinema
